2. Returns and Refunds Policy:

Each item is a unique work, handmade with dedication and care. For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the purchase is confirmed, except in the following two cases:

– If the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

– If the order received does not correspond to the item requested.

In these cases, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery, sending photographs of the product and the original packaging. Once the situation has been verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or partial or full credit, as appropriate.

Returns are not accepted for natural differences in color, texture, or shape, as each handcrafted piece may present unique variations that are part of its artistic value.
